President

Matthew DePace brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, healthcare administration, and mission-driven operations. His career includes work with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations, where he developed expertise in organizational management, stakeholder engagement, and community-focused initiatives.

Matthew has developed substantial expertise in nonprofit administration and organizational operations, with particular depth in hospital and healthcare administration. His experience has given him a strong understanding of the unique operational, administrative, governance, and stakeholder considerations involved in nonprofit organizations and healthcare institutions.

In handling foundation-related matters, Matthew brings a practical and highly organized approach focused on communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-through. He understands the importance of maintaining strong relationships with organizational leadership, board members, donors, foundation representatives, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.

His experience across the nonprofit and hospital sectors allows him to approach foundation matters with both an operational and mission-focused perspective.
